Summary After a bare breast feminist protest in Femen style, also in central Cologne, radical youngster Lisa Rossmann is found murdered on the street. Chief Plocher, Vicky Adam and Hui fail to keep Edwin and Günter out of the case, duly fearing PC nonsense from the press, but the seniors agree it's wiser to make young, sensitive minority member Hui their spokesman. First suspect is Lisa's long-term stalker, who proves inoffensive.
