Summary Minnie is a diligent student with big hopes and dreams for her family. Everything was going smoothly the way she pictures her life would be until she met Emerson. Emerson was her persistent suitor. Even though having a boyfriend is not her priority, Minnie fell for him and they officially became an item. Minnie, however, learned later on that Emerson was unfaithful to her and was in a relationship with another girl. This prompted her to break up with him.
