Summary In 1986 Detroit, Demetrius Holloway quickly rose to become one of Detroit's most notorious drug kingpins with the help of a gang started by four brothers, Rockin' Reg, Boogaloo, Ghost, and Wizard Brown, known throughout Detroit as the Best Friends.
