Summary Ohara captures a criminal. When it's learned he committed a crime in Japan, a Japanese cop named Toshi arrives to bring him to Japan to face trial. When they meet him; he is so full of hot air. When they are at the airport and about to leave, someone knocks him out and frees the criminal. He then reveals he's not the super cop he claims to be.
