Summary Will is the son of a wealthy, prominent politician. He uses his father's speedboat to smuggle machine guns into the harbor. The deal goes bad, shots are fired, one man is dead. Ohara and Cricket intervene; Will is arrested and taken to jail. Since Will knows where the next shipment of automatic weapons will be picked up, he is a threat to the gun runner. Ohara wants to keep Will in jail for his own safety. But Will's overbearing father demands that his son be released on bail; he will bring political pressure upon Ohara to make that happen. Ohara must protect Will, and get the location of the next gun shipment, all while contending with the tyrannical father.
