In this ensemble comedy set in the heart of Cajun Louisiana, a haplessly ne'er-do-well son returns home from a year in prison, eager to redeem himself in the eyes of his family. Armed with the wisdom of 'the Quantum Secret,' and a whole-hearted but off-beat attempt at a viral internet campaign, he goes about reinventing himself as an alternative medicine doctor. Of course, things don't go exactly as planned... and it's not long before the whole family is embroiled. YOU'RE IN CHARGE is a film about mistakes, high stakes and never giving up... even when maybe you should.

In a small town in Incheon, there is a thirty years old man 'Won-June' who works at a small civic group. For him, the normal life which is having a career, getting married, and having a relationship is the difficult thing. One day, a bioengineering doctor comes to him and suggests being a subject for a medical experiment on a living body. Finally, Won-Jun who is full with a sense of inferiority, takes the offer without self-esteem.

"I don't get how I can be forty-five next year, when I still don't know what I want to do when I grow up!" The story begins with Erica's (Ivana Chýlková) forty-fourth birthday where she fails to receive the biggest bouquet of flowers she can imagine, but she does get a nice good wish card from her ex-sister-in-law (Zuzana Bydzovská) , an embarrassing message in a radio show from her ex-husband, cream for wrinkles from her gay friend Richard (Ondrej Sokol) and a striptease artiste from her unfathomable mother (Zuzana Krónerová). She places the good wish card on show and, even if she curses herself for it, she is moved to tears, and the present in the shape of the striptease-artiste is immediately bagged by Richard. Thus appears the successful life of Erica Oskarová, the star of the program 'Before and After'. Erica has almost everything - her own TV program, a renowned hairdressing salon, a large flat with a terrace, and freedom. But with each year that goes past she yearns more and more for the one thing she does not have - a child. And that is how our film starts...

Mathai's kindness and simplicity endeared him to everyone around him. When an unfortunate turn of events land Mathai in trouble, the people whose life he touched with his kindness rally around to help him.

Caught between an overbearing, manic-depressive brother and a father suffering from a neurodegenerative disease that is as funny as it is worrying, Romain no longer accepts to perform the role he has always played: the guy who does what's expected of him without complaining. Now approaching thirty, it is high time that he finally deals with his crazy father, his cynical brother, and his own tendencies to repress his emotions and his feelings, in order to fully assume his normality.
