Summary The victim's name was Dale Harrell. He was married for ten years and was soon to be a partner at his company as a successful mechanical engineer. He made 83, 000 a year and provided a safe home for his wife and three children in Gilbert, Arizona. At approximately 2;36 AM on January 14, 2009, his wife of ten years, Marissa DeVault, put a hammer in his husband's head five times while he was fast asleep, only hours after having sex.
