Summary Alfonso emigrated to Santiago to look for a better economic opportunity. In Valdivia he left his wife and three children with whom he communicated continuously. During his stay in the capital he met Manuel, an entrepreneur who became his maximum support and company. After a year, both were diagnosed with AIDS and to afford their medications they created an undetectable method to scam the isapres. The idea was to join, almost simultaneously, the majority and then collect several million in medical licenses - Is there the perfect crime?
