Summary Ralph Schepens, a local criminal, is shot to death with the rare, eighty year old gun that was reported stolen by the wealthy Jewish diamond merchant Ari Kahn. Van In thinks Kahn is hiding something, until his team finds out that Schepens had recently drugged and raped the daughter of drug dealer Ali Silva. Van In also pays a visit to Brenda, the daughter of Schepens. It is a public secret she was frequently groped by her father. Mother and wife Charlotte Dondeyne does not seem to care about the whole situation. Meanwhile Kahn and his wife get an unexpected visit.
