Summary Roy's wife Ellen is hospitalized and it appears that her condition may be more serious than first thought. Roy and Dean are given the job of checking up on illegally operating taxi drivers and discover that a driver has a stolen video recorder in his boot. Jaz is investigating the brutal attack on an Asian youth and it becomes clear that Roy is implicated in the assault.
