Summary Mike Reynolds becomes annoyed with over-zealous rookie PC Kennett and handcuffs her to some railings.She however doesn't see the funny side especially when two lads come along and begin making fun of her and take her baton. Natalie is called to deal with ex-inspector Frank Northam who has had his wallet stolen by a stripper, but Northam is unhappy about a female officer dealing with the problem and when Sergeant Giffin arrives he head butts him.When an emotional PC Kennett complains to Sergeant Giffin about the prank he accidentally touches her chest while replacing her radio and she falsely accuses him of sexual assault. An affronted Giffin is happy to go and see Maggie Hayes about the accusation but then Kennett backs down. However,when she later learns that he has only given the guys a ticking off for the handcuff prank she again falsely accuses him of assault. Sergeant Giffin tells Chief Inspector Newland that he is happy for an external investigation rather than an in-house one to be undertaken confident in the belief that he will be exonerated.
