Summary Hamburg mayoral candidate Harald Brodersen's home is the latest to be wrecked, during a party his brat daughter Scarlett gave in his absence, by a ape-masked bunch which struck repeatedly the last months, but this time Scarlett's best friend Bianca was pushed down a staircase, needing hospitalization. Tarik and Hans first suspect Fred Schirmer, a known anti-establishment vandal but get suspicious when Harald Brodersen, who claims nothing was stole from his broken-up desk, turns uncooperative and publicity-shy. He's on good terms with captain Wolf Haller but is also suspected of corruption. Then Scarlet is kidnapped.
