Summary Ruud Jonker, a director of the Dutch central bank in Wismar from the half-yearly German-Benelux informal monetary summit, was skull smashed on the beach, and carried 50,000 Euro cash, now missing. He was personally given the VIP treatment by luxury hotel manager Wolf Baumgart, yet Ruud visited his predecessor Sandra Carstensen, who was fired for alleged malversation and became an alcoholic shortly after Jonker's previous summit attendance in Wismar. Hotel maid Anneke van der Meer, also Dutch and assigned to wait on him, suddenly resigns, but is found out an off duty cop, who tried to trap Jonker as 'sexual predator'.
