The home is about to be sold, but in the cellar is safe Margarete's late husband installed shortly before the incident, telling her not, nor about his borrowing from slick local loan-shark Heiner Lommack, who 'can't remember'. Margarete's estranged daughter Doris Rensing maintains it's all in the crone's imagination, but when a scrap of fake Swiss banknotes is found in the safe, the case ties to the murder of Danish counterfeiter Jens 'Olaf the Viking'.
