Summary Kalamazoo, Michigan police dispatch receive multiple 9-1-1 calls after shots are heard in the early morning hours of July 25, 2017. Multiple units are called to the scene. First responders find the shooter has fled and administer first aid to a victim, clinging to life in a liquor store parking lot.
