Summary The student Volker Herbst was in a bar with his friend Klaus Derwand.Then Volker left first the bar, was walking and calls his girlfriend Linda to tell her that he is busy.Then Volker receives a call,but nobody is speaking.In a dark place somebody hit in the head Volker who dies immediately.Rolf Herzog and his team arrive: the medical examiner tells Rolf that the victim has received several hits in the head.The police finds his cell phone: Rolf calls then Linda to tell that they have found a cellphone.Rolf and Axel go the room: the father of Linda ,Kaspar Schlosser opens the door and calls his daughter.Rolf asks to which person belongs the cell phone.Linda answers to Volker Herbst, her fiance.Rolf asks also about the relationship between Volker and Linda and where Linda and Kaspar were this night.Finally Rolf tells them that Volker has been killed.Near the crime scene there is a bar and barman says that the victim was with a friend called Klaus.
