Summary Max Kurat has been released from prison and goes to his apartment.There he meets his wife Patty Kurat with her new boyfriend, Wolfgang Broder.At the home of the Bernried family, Martin tells his wife Thea that Max Kurat who committed physical abuse against her has been released.Then Martin leaves the apartment.Max Kurat who was outside the building saw Martin going away and decided to meet Thea, because he needs to apologize for what he did, Thea begins a little talk with him , but Martin asks Max to go away.Max goes to a bar and calls his old friend Ludwig Bannat and says him that he needs money.Then Max leaves the bar , takes the underground and when he is near of his apartment he is shot down.A witness notices the hour and the car registration.
