Summary The old lady Sophie Bruckner , the matriarch of the family , lives in wheel chair and is suffering asthma.She has decided to celebrate her birthday, so she has invited her doctor, her son Stefan and his wife and also Sven Gerstenberg the new boyfriend of her daughter Marion.When Sven Gerstenberg arrived in Munich he was shadowed by undercover policemen of the fraud squad.The day of the birthday has come, they are drinking champagne and Sophie has decided to read palms and she prophecies Sven that he will commit a murder.Some hours later Sophie is found dead in her bed.The call bell system that Sophie used for any help has been disconnected.
