Summary The photographer Peter Albrecht is spying a young man Tom Heimo and a married woman Hanna Banz who are together in an apartment: suddenly there is a shooting , Peter is witness of a murder and leaves the building from which is was taking pictures of Tom and Hanna.The team arrives at the apartment: Tom Heimo is dead and Hanna Banz is carried to the hospital.Leo Kress tries to contact the husband of Hanna,but the mother of Mr. Banz answers that he went to a pharmacy.When her son comes back she asks him why he is coming so late.Henry Johnson speaks with the concierge who listened to the shots and asks him about a green car.Then they go upstairs and Henry Johnson finds on the ground a piece of paper for photographers.Mr. Banz doesn't feel any sadness about the death of his spouse and also he doesn't have a good alibi.
