Hansen and Hartl look into four people who were there, firstly sore-loosing previous chairman Hermann Sauter, who found him after the drunk celebration, and whose fingerprints are on the rock. Next cabin keeper Christoph Mühltaker rowed with Gerber, who wanted to end the lease contract, so Gerber's business partner Herber Preissler -also attending- could develop the property as sky facility, while Christoph could no longer sell his rare Alpine herbs.
