Chef Georg Falkenstein accuses waiter Tobias Hoelzl, who was nearly fired for bothering shy other waitress Rosi Wimmer, but fails to mention his own former affair with Maja. Just this restaurant was picked for the music academy's 25th jubilee. Owner Leo Gerlach actually manages it for his wife, who lives and works elsewhere, but allegedly had an affair with Maja. Detectives Hansen and Hofer investigate, and both are flashed speeding privately, that same camera proves Georg's alibi. A valuable missing necklace, which she probably held, may be the key when found in Gerlach's car.
