Summary Terry respond to a call about man with a gun holding some people captive. Terry tries to talk to the man but SWAT shows up and they take over. Terry tells the leader, Lt. Harrelson that he thinks he can talk to the man but Harrelson says he's taking over and they bust in and shoot the man. Terry thinks he could have talked the man out. Ryker then informs them that they need to take some SWAT training and when Terry learns he will have to be under Lt. Harrelson he asks Ryker is he can be excluded. But Ryker says it's mandatory. And when he meets the man he continues to question his methods.
