Summary Ludwig Dalinger has arrived at a little town near Munich.In the hotel he makes some questions to the receptionist about the the Kirchheimer family, the man answers him that that have a son and a daughter Ulrike who disappeared two years ago.Then he ask the receptionist to call Dr. Kirchheimer for a date.Ludwig arrives at the house and presents himself as writer interested in the case of disappeared persons and asks to see some picture of Ulrike.Later Ludwig writes a letter and suicides hit by a train.The Kirchheimer receives the notice of the death of Ludwig Dalinger and the letter directed to them in which he tells them that his heart was that one of Ulrike and that he wanted to give them back his heart.Immediately the family is thinking that Ulrike has been killed.Derrick and Klein have now to investigate who was Ludwid Dalinger and how Ulrike was killed.
