Summary Mrs Agnes Ortner, a very rich woman, is ill and she has contracted a young lady-in-waiting, Isabel Bruhns.As Agnes can't have intimate relations with her husband , Roland,she has proposed Isabel to her husband.One day Roland phoned to Isabel in her apartment to announce his arrival and she answers that she will be happy to see him.In the apartment Roland finds the corpse of Isabel who has been murdered.He calls the police; Derrick and Klein arrive and make some questions about the relationship between Roland and Isabel.Then they go to the house of Agnes where Roland tells Agnes that Isabel has been murdered,Agnes shows a great coldness and invites Derrick and Klein to take tea with her .After a while she leaves to have a rest.Roland says Derrick and Klein that Agnes has organized the murder of Isabel and goes to the room of Agnes to tell her that he accuses her to have organized the murder of Isabel.Back to the garden Roland explains how began his relationship with Isabel.
