Summary A call comes in to Phoenix emergency, reporting a car on fire. Just as the caller says a bloody man tried to get in her car, the line goes dead. When dectives arrive, they find 2 dead people from the burning car, and a witness who saw the shooting, tells the cops that right before the double shooting, a man had asked the victims for a ride.
