S1.E5 ∙ The Great Escape

Krishna is a blind young man who works as a guide amidst the beautiful monuments of Madikeri. He gets a new job as an archaeological museum incharge at Manasa Gangothri, Mysore. During the bus ride Krishna meets Tulasi and they find themselves drawn to each other. As love blossoms fate and circumstances intervene, throwing a curveball at them. What happens to Krishna and Tulasi?

Dae-kyu works hard to contribute Korean music industry's development: unfortunately, this hard work is for an illegal distributor, dealing in pirated albums. His only hobbies are buying lottery tickets and pathetic attempts at hitting on women. Then one day, into his life of fakery comes something very real - a 9-year-old son he never knew he had. Chun In-kwon simply shows up one day at Dae-kyu's slovenly apartment, unannounced, telling Dae-kyu that he plans on living with "daddy" from now on. Dae-kyu cannot believe what he's hearing, but he realizes that there is a slight chance that this boy might be his, the result of his sad, first love from his university days. But Dae-kyu is not ready for his single life to end just yet, so he does all he can to return the boy to his mother. He does everything he can thing of - takes In-kwon to the police, offers him money, even just runs away - but nothing shakes the determined child. Finally, In-kwon suggests a deal: if Dae-kyu helps him complete his dream, he will leave Dae-kyu alone. Dae-kyu jumps at the chance to return his life to normal, at least until he find out what the deal entails - In-kwon wants to walk the length of Korea, from the South Sea to the Demilitarized Zone bordering North Korea. Hundreds of kilometers in the blazing heat of summer! Little does Dae-kyu suspect, however, that there is much more to In-kwon's dream than he is letting on. A secret, tragic and powerful that will change Dae-kyu's life forever.

1910's. A young notary is unfaithful to his fiancée and their engagement is about to finish...

The shape of planet Earth is not perfectly spherical. It rather looks like a potato. Climate scientist Phoebe Phaidon starts with a teaching contract at the Institute for Cybernetics at Berlin University to take over the seminar 'Introduction to Simulation Studies' of Brenda Berger, head of the institute. Brenda needs to attend to her externally funded project - a virtual simulation of climate change - in hopes of preventing the threatened shutdown of her institute by the university board. Everything depends on a successful evaluation at the end of the semester. Phoebe is obliged to work on the simulation, and a corporate consultant is hired as a motivational coach for the institute's employees. Meanwhile, endowed professor Alfons Abstract-Wege gains attention with a project on nutrition control: nudging becomes the magic word. Phoebe's students suspect a corporate interest at play behind Abract-Wege's research and disrupt daily operations by occupying the university's library. Phoebe travels to a conference in Gdansk, Poland with her colleague Julius Kelp to decipher the secret behind the looming apocalypse. Time is running out. Judgement Day is dawning.
