When Rosa delivers the mourning-cards in the neighborhood, she sees Geert, Marianne and Sandrine. This is too much for her. While her family is falling apart, Marianne's seems to be perfect. When she sees Geert, Rosa tells him he should be careful of people who take advantage of his good nature. When Geert toasts on forbidden love with David and Marianne, their reactions tell him enough.
