Summary According to Luc Marianne can't throw Rosa out of Ter Smissen that easy. She has always payed her rent on time and she always did her work very good, so there is no legal reason for Marianne to fire Rosa. In the mean time Marianne tries to get the support of Ann and Geert, but she doesn't get it. Geert is heavily disappointed in her, but Marianne draws up a letter to declaim Rosa's rent of Ter Smissen anyway. Bram makes it difficult at the breakfast table and Frank gets angry with him, but it doesn't help.
