He wants to read the contract first before signing, but only when he feels better and not before. Yvette is angry with him, because they might loose the bungalow this way. Geert is glad Marianne is back. She asks him about babysitting Britney yesterday and Claire. He says that Claire and children are not a good combination. Ann gets the results back from her tests. It seems she has a genetic failure, which means she can't have children. Marianne can't believe this.
