Summary A bright light has appeared, kidnapping Umi and Fuu. Hikaru remembers a map and heads toward them. She gets cut on thorns along the way. Soon after, the light goes after Hikaru, but Mokona pushes Hikaru out of the way and she falls into a ravine. She remembers that Umi and Fuu were bleeding at the time they were kidnapped. Bloody herself, she slowly reaches the top. The light comes after her again, and with her sword she kills the monster within. She retrieves Umi and Fuu and explains the monster's attraction to blood.
