Decided to 'make the States' a hit-man from Montreal accept a contract in New York to kill a mafioso boss, Frank Anastasia. Several groups of sinister local criminals find out about the money and the heroine. These groups engage in deadly clashes for the money and the girl. Who, in the end, will win?
