He introduces the new secretaries of the show, and then is interrupted by McPhantom, who claims that dedicating a TV show to a book is a blasphemy, since books are responsible of evil in the world, because they make people think, something that isn't good for any government, as they claim. That's why he and the Farenheit 451 patrol have the task of burning and destroying all kinds of books in the world. Luis asks him if he has something in common with the previous negative parts that came from Tacañón del Todo, something he denies.
