Singing Waiters, Hillbilly Songwriters

Summary Red is a singing waiter at the turn of the century who tries to come up with some snappy new songs. But he and his partner (George Gobel) only succeed in causing chaos in the restaurant. Later, Red (as Clem Kadiddlehopper) and George (as Jed Dinglejumper), visit a country music producer and try to generate interest in their "songs." In "The Silent Spot," Red is a homeowner who must deal with the after-effects of a heavy morning snow.
