Summary Even though they made out in the confessional booth at Nick's funeral, Justin and Brandy haven't "done" it yet. So Brandy is now ready to break all of Justin's 10 commandments - well - all 7 1/2 of them. Only one problem - when Barth walks in on Brandy, Barth finds Justin duck-taped to the bench press machine and half-naked, proving that Justin is not in control of his network, and that there are more uses for duck tape than we all thought. More than ever before, Justin is determined to regain creative control of the network, especially when Justin learns that a venture capitalist firm from Palo Alto bought Television Internet and put the very young Barth in as his boss, "Head of Comedy Development". Similarly, Foxy is trying to figure out why her thermal fax wasn't hot when she got it. Meantime, Sarah admits to Brandy that she has the "hots" for the new writer, Giovanni, who reminds her of Nick, except cuter, and well, without lift shoes and a padded crotch. Penelope introduces us to the recurring "ambidextrous" character, Mercedes Ambrosia, as Penelopes tries to make sure her contract to star in 26 episodes of Television Internet's next series is "rock hard solid".
