Summary If starting her own company wasn't enough, Tracy is also trying to pursue a romantic relationship with her new boyfriend, Vince. However, things at work again push their way to the forefront after some favorable publicity results in an overload on the company's new website. And when Nikky announces that they are officially out of money, Tracy must court potential new investors for the cash to keep them afloat. For her big dinner with Yummy Tummy Baby Food's CEO Rachel Bishop, Tracy brings Vince along as her date. Although Vince is appalled at how disrespectfully Rachel treats her own husband, Tracy is relieved to learn that Yummy Tummy is very interested in funding trustmom.com. Meanwhile, as Tracy learns that little Danny's love life may be outpacing her own, Nikky chooses a picture of Celia for the company's new logo. And though Tracy does her best to talk her mom out of it, Celia is more than happy to lend her face to the company. Hoping it will be a distraction from her mom's new role in the company, Tracy arranges a date with Vince. However, when an important call from Rachel interrupts their lovemaking, Vince voices his displeasure. And once Tracy is dragged into the middle of negotiations between Rachel and Nikky, Vince makes it clear that he doesn't like what working has done to women. Finally, after the demands of her career lead to a break up with Vince, Tracy must also endure her mother's harsh criticism. And though she would still like to see Celia dropped from the ad campaign, Tracy soon discovers that it is far too late for that.
