Summary A woman called Lyn takes the office next door to Eye Catchers and Derek is predictably smitten. The Harraps also have new neighbours and,after a shaky start, Samantha becomes good friends with Hugo,the young boy of the house. Derek is peeved because Lyn keeps telling him how great Simon is and asks Simon to stay away from her whilst he is on holiday. However Lyn turns out to be Hugo's mother and Simon's neighbour.
