Summary When the company that collects the restaurant's trash raises their rates, Jack is so upset that he wants to go to City Hall and complain. Vicky decides to go but because of her cold can't, Jack offers to go and talks to the council but the head of the council stonewalls him because Bradford is one of their supporters. Jack then gets an offer to air his grievance on a radio talk show. When Bradford hears of Jack's plan he tries to set him up for a fall.
