Unluckily for Kurt, his nurse, Rosemary (a pre-'Alias' Merrin Dungey), is his old nemesis from nursing school. Jeff asks Jesse out, but Jesse says she's "expecting to be involved with someone". Upon returning home, Jesse gets good news from Linda: Irma is packing! But it's not because she's returning to Chile, it's because Diego and Irma are going to Niagara Falls for the weekend...
