Summary Henry Flatt, a man the Dukes know whom is believed to be dead shows up alive. He faked his death because he "took" some money from Boss Hogg and to avoid his wrath, which included a burial at the local cemetery. He learned that because no one has been buried at the cemetery for some time Boss can get the land to use for one of his projects and when he digs up his grave, Boss will know he is not dead. So he sets out to put another body in his grave so he gets an unclaimed body. And the Dukes try to help him before things get out of hand.
