Summary Zack and Cody meet Theo, a rich kid who is very stuck up. Zack takes a liking to Theo but he ends up neglecting Cody, who is planning his speech. Zack wants to go to an upcoming concert with Theo which is on the same day Cody will give out his speech. Carey tells Zack that his friendship with Theo isn't as genuine as it is made out to be. On the day of the concert, Theo tries to get Zack to hide a recorder under his shirt and he soon realizes that Theo isn't an ideal friend for him. Zack ends his so-called friendship with Theo, but he is forced to return his fancy stuff to him. A city bus driver takes pity on Zack and he is offered a ride back to the Tipton. Zack apologizes to Cody and he decides to attend his brother's speech, he goes to his suite to get dressed. Meanwhile, Maddie and London must take care of a baby doll for their health assignment, the two end up at odds over their parenting styles. Maddie decides to go to London's suite in order to get her to take responsibility for her assignment, things soon get worse when the baby doll keeps crying and Mr. Moseby tries to put an end to the issue. Maddie and London get into another argument, the baby doll is accidentally thrown out of the window, Esteban is soon knocked out by the falling baby doll. When Maddie and London return the doll to Sister Dominic, they reveal that their constant bickering and parenting styles made them irritable. Sister Dominic gives Maddie and London a passing grade, but she hears a recording of Maddie badmouthing her. Maddie shuts off the recorder with a ruler, Sister Dominic glares at Maddie for insulting her behind her back.
