Summary What better way to celebrate Halloween than Halloween, and so the Cinema Snob returns to Haddon - er, California for the 1998 reboot of the Halloween series. We rejoin Laurie Strode who is once again stalked by Michael Myers after he'd mysteriously disappeared 20 years earlier. This one ignores Parts 4-6, so no Thorn Cult crap, but what this one does have is jump scares up the ass, Scream-style cliches and characters you can barely remember, but it has a good climax, which they ruin horribly in the follow-up...as is tradition.
