Inept Illinois coal miners Charlie (Ross Hagen) and Thad (Kelly Thordsen) become inept 1930s gangsters.

Frustrated filmmaker, Barry Lick, and a crew of film school wannabees, attempt to make a documentary about a local businessman who he believes is involved in property rackets, prostitution, pornography and drugs.

The movie is a comical social satire portrays a 'Guru' and a 'Shishya' trying to change other's viewpoints and make them walk on the right path.

A knock on the door, and in this seemingly normal night, the life of Professional Gambler, Eddie G was changed. Eddie is taken in for the ride of his life as he unwillingly helps a dirty-psychotic cop, Decker. Decker takes Eddie on a tour of terror while trying to find a meth addict named Worm who has a video tape of an underground fight where everything went awry. Vegasland explores the sin and corruption that lies behind Las Vegas' facade of glitz and glamor. Throughout the night, Eddie is acquainted with underground contacts, a sadistic cripple and the local crime lord - Boss John. Eddie is forced to the edge of his moral capacity, having to do things that no one should be put through. His captor now becomes his partner as he may rely on him for survival. But how will this all end? And what kind of odds is Eddie willing to take when his life is on the line? One thing's for sure, there's no backing out on this one, it's all or nothing.

While a narrator tells the story of a night of terror that changes his life forever, 16 young people chat about their lives in London. With topics ranging from the drug "ecstasy," to AIDS and one-night stands, to the sound of BritPop, and to the urban issues of racism, punk, hooliganism, and the London Police, the film documents funny and revealing insights with an unforgettable and unexpected chain of events.

An ex-con, just out of prison, and his wife meet a screen writer on the train and decide that, since he's writing about crime without knowing much about it, collaborating with him would be better than starting a duck farm. Things get a bit sticky when the real gangsters show up and want to know how Hollywood knows so much about them.
