Summary Halloween, or All Hallow's Eve, a holiday enjoyed by millions, but disliked by Special Unit 2 personnel, since it affords Links an opportunity to 'blend in' with the general population and wreak havoc. A mysterious unnamed Link has many mysterious and evil powers, one of which is to raise the dead. He resurrects four notorious criminals to help him crash a Halloween party and take hostages with the intent of demanding the Detective O'Malley be the one to deliver a powerful artifact to him, or else the hostages start dying.
