S1.E10 ∙ Hanging the Drapes

A hilarious dark comedy about a couple returning to their roots as petty criminals in a last-ditch effort to save their struggling relationship. As the plan quickly falls apart, an offbeat ensemble take part in an absurd LA hostage crisis.

Franz is a bus driver. One night in his empty bus, Leila, a girl on the run, gets on. He doesn't have time to deny her a cigarette that the woman has already got rid of her wig and slipped into his bed, but only to have a place to hide till the next morning. In fact, Leila is a charming scammer, shrewd and liar.

A serial killer is terrorizing a small town. Mark Bishop has just killed an intruder who attacked him in his home. He's not sure if he killed the real serial killer, but knows he doesn't want the attention. Mark has to get rid of the body and avoid the authorities, but he can't shake the feeling that the real killer is still out there.

Two young newlyweds, geeky Edward and innocent but alluring Samantha, turn up at a majestic and remote country house hotel for their honeymoon, which has been taken over by the high-spirited members of an Undertakers' Annual Convention. Their attempts at romance are quickly dampened as they become helplessly embroiled in an intriguing whodunit when the Head of the Funeral Directors' Association dies under bizarre circumstances. Featuring a top-notch cast including Nick Moran (Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels), Rik Mayall (The Young Ones), Steve Huison (The Full Monty), and Hugh Fraser (TV's Poirot), you'll die laughing with this hilarious and dark romantic comedy!

Lionel Fribourg, a great composer (at least that's what HE thinks) has a problem with his noisy environment: he can't complete his unfinished symphony. Of course there is a market for unfinished symphonies but, for all he knows, only one became famous. So he had better find a way to finish it. At long last, he comes across Agnes, a divorced woman who agrees to let him her quiet home. Lionel, full of hope, resumes work...
