Summary Kidnapping three Mexican Navy Marines gives Bautista the advantage and sends Wayne, Isa and Romero into a frantic mission to rescue the hostages. Meanwhile, Lalo and his police force get involved, as he pretends to do whatever it takes to keep the Marines safe but actually undermines the Federal forces searching for the hostages. Finally Wayne realizes to his shock why Bautista invaded the city. But to make things even worse, he finds out that Isa's analyst fiancé Boyd has discovered the illegal methods with which Wayne has been funding his anti-Lalo investigations. And at the very end, as Lalo confronts the Guerrero Cartel, we realize that Lalo's not exactly the willing participant that we had been led to believe.
