Summary Pamela, a young woman living with her girlfriend in a low-profile barrio, works as a dogwalker in fancy neighborhoods. Among her clients is Natalia Portillo, the woman Isa suspects is the financial administrator of Rafael Bautista and his Guerrero Cartel. Isa recruits Pamela to get closer to Natalia, in order to get ahold of financial transactions and information that could get them Bautista's location. But she does so in an unethical and dangerous way. Meanwhile, Wayne tries to meet with the Northern Federation for information about Bautista, but fails. And, his spirits low, he tussles with Ted Malek, another CIA officer, who seems to have a shared past with Wayne and Bautista, one apparently tied somehow to the fate of Wayne's former girlfriend, Camila. And Lalo puts his relationship at risk by following his morals and values by pushing his prosecutor to pursue a rape charge against the sons of some of the most powerful men in Mexico. At the episode's end, Bautista's plan for the city becomes clearer.
