S2.E5 ∙ Family Day

Jixiang(which means "lucky" in Mandarin) village has a child called Min Sheng, because of his talkative, people call him "Chatterbox." His brother Qun Sheng grew up and brought his fiancé, Yan Mai back home, Ma Liu(Yan Mai's Father) forced his daughter to quit the engagement, leads to a terrible chaos in Jixiang Village. Min Sheng could not help telling out the truth causing a disaster. Yan Mai finally married with Qun Sheng. His mother told Ming Sheng not to make any more troubles. However, Min Sheng still did not quit his bad habits, which leads to constant troubles. Finally, the Qun Sheng was killed in a mine accident, Yanmai went back to her parents' home. Min Sheng gradually grew up, and later became the first one in the village entered university.

Widower Mangalram Thorat lives a wealthy lifestyle in a small town in India along with his sons, Kumar and Shekhar, and a daughter, Pooja. He is a honest and principled man who has been the Sarpanch for many years. When Kumar falls in love with fellow medical-collegian, Anita, and brings her home to get his dad's blessings, Mangalram rejects her as she is the daughter of a prostitute, questions her character, forcing her to reject Kumar and leave. Kumar takes to alcohol in a big way and gets frequently into trouble at the local bar and subsequently with the Police. Shekhar then falls in love with Varsha, Raja's sister, and both get married with Mangalram's blessings. Then Mangalram's childhood friend, Bhujangrao, who runs the local bar, sexually molests and kills a woman named Kesar. Mangalram witnesses this and despite of Bhujrangrao's wife, Kalawati, and son, Toofan's pleas, testifies against Bhujrangrao, leading him to be found guilty and hanged. The past comes back to haunt Mangalram when Pooja falls in love with Toofan and gets married to him, not knowing that both Toofan and Kalawati have devised a scheme to get rid of the Thorat family one by one. When he hears that Pooja is being abused and beaten, Mangalram intervenes and attempts to bring her back home, he is viciously attacked by Toofan and his men and left on the street. He is subsequently hospitalized - and the doctor treating him is none other than Dr. Anita herself. Questions that remain unanswered are will Pooja be able to free herself from her cruel mother-in-law and husband, and will Anita actually treat the man who humiliated and rejected her?

A group of actors meets to explore a play and to be in the future of their lives. From love to the profession lies art and the desire to communicate stories to this silent society. A measure that will be reinterpreted, appreciating the difficulty of the work and we will see that the theater is not for everyone. A search of the self and the reflection of life that highlights the actor as a human being above all.

Brooklyn flies home to surprise her boyfriend on his birthday, but when she gets to his apartment, instead of waiting for him to return home from work, she removes all traces of her arrival and leaves. Brooklyn's friend Faith and her boyfriend Casey are working hard at not working on their relationship, so when Brooklyn decides she's going to "hide out" with Faith for the summer; everyone is happy to focus their attention on Brooklyn and her problems. When Brooklyn begins to assert herself, however, Faith, Casey, and a host of other characters, are forced to confront the reality of their relationships with results that are hilarious and heartbreaking by turns.

"Su-chan Mai-chan Sawako-san" follows the lives of three women who are former co-workers. 34-year-old Su-chan works at a coffee shop and has feelings for the manager there. 34-year-old Mai-chan works at an OA machine maker. She is in a relationship with a married man. 39-year-old Sawako works as a web designer and also takes care of her grandmother.

As Jayashankar has huge debts, he seeks training under his uncle and becomes a smart thief. However, situations get tricky and hilarity ensues when he lands up becoming a sub-inspector.
