Vintik and Shpuntik allowed all the shorties to ride in a car, except Neznayka, and so he decided to drive on his own. Sitting behind the wheel, Neznayka at first could not start the car, and then, when he succeeded, he destroyed virtually the entire city, after which the car fell off a cliff, and the main character found himself on a branch. As a punishment, Dr. Pilyulkin was going to smear him with iodine, but Neznayka promised that this would not happen again.
