Summary Vilches returns to the hospital six months later to discover that there have been many changes. The first one is that the woman he met on a plane the day before and spent the night with, Manuela, is now the director, and part of the clinic is now private. Héctor is still in prison and needs Alicia to get a work contract for him so he can be free. Gimeno and Claudia have split; she's living in Santiago and the relationship isn't good, but he doesn't want anybody in the hospital to know. Raquel is the new boss of Urgencias and Javier is abroad. A new resident called Ariadna arrives in the hospital.
