Summary Police guard shift in the Central: the dawn will be marked by a riot in the jail where Boni--the new SAMUR's practice nurse--and Fernando's son Miguel are being held. What begins as a revolt among some of the convicts turns into a violent battle against the civil servants and executives of the jail, and Carlos is obliged to negotiate. Diverse injured prisoners, a civil servant with a serious stab wound, and a beggar with hypothermia will keep the doctors occupied while Boni tries to attend to an injured man in the prison with only Raúl's external help and a mobile telephone. While Esther and her new partner Bea are having dinner together, Bea's husband suffers a heart attack. Claudia spent the weekend with Aimé but it didn't go well because she found out he doesn't want a baby. Later, Maca gives bad news to the neurologist: she has lost the baby. Héctor isn't happy; his relationship with Sosana isn't going well. Alicia is not going to Waldo's wedding, but when he gets drunk at his bachelor party, he ends up at her house. Sofía stays angry with Maca because the pediatrician chose Waldo and not her for the place of transplants.
